About
What Clubs Social is.
Every club runs on people who never get paid. Nobody's job is to tell the story. Clubs Social does that job: for grassroots rugby first, and for any grassroots club that can't get seen online. Socials, matchday media, and a site that pays its way. Run like it's our own club, because for the season we're with you, it is.
We're small, on purpose. The aim is simple: bring grassroots clubs and their sports up to date, one club at a time.
How it works.
Send us fixtures, crest, colours, photos and sponsors.
The month's calendar lands before the month starts.
The committee gets a one-page report with every sponsor mention listed.
The FAQ.
What do we have to send you?
Fixtures, crest, colours, photos and the sponsor list. Once. After that, one row in your content calendar each week, the score on the day, and phone photos dropped in your shared folder. No design, no posting, no logins.
Who owns the accounts?
The club. Always. We post as the club, on the club's pages. If we stop, you keep everything.
What if a Saturday is called off?
We post the call-off the minute we hear, and the rest of the week runs as normal. Five of Daventry's fixtures were cancelled in August 2026; the numbers still went up.
Can we stop?
Yes. Rolling monthly, stop any time. The trial is two weeks and £50 so you can see it before you commit to anything.
Whose colours?
Yours. Every post is in the club's crest and colours. Our name appears once, small.
What does the committee get?
One page a month, in plain English: what was seen, who shared it, which sponsor got the most eyes.
Start the £50 trial.
Two weeks of matchday. Your next two fixtures, covered the way we'd cover our own. Then you decide.
