Refund policy.
We would rather fix a problem than argue about it. These are the rules, so you know where you stand before you pay.
The £50 trial
Full refund if you cancel before we have posted anything for you. Once the first post goes out, the trial fee is not refundable.
If a fixture in your trial is called off, we move the trial to your next fixture. You do not lose it.
If we fail to cover both fixtures for a reason within our control, you get the £50 back in full.
Monthly plans
You pay for the month ahead and can stop at any time. We do not refund the part of a month that is left when you stop.
If we miss the coverage your plan includes in a given month, for a reason within our control, we refund that month or credit it against the next, your choice.
Season setup fee (£250)
Refundable in full if you cancel before we start. Once the calendar and templates have been delivered, it is not refundable.
Club Sites build (£1,950)
Any payment for a stage of work we have not started is refunded. Work already done is charged. We will always tell you where we are before taking the next payment.
The monthly run fee follows the same rule as monthly plans above.
If you are a consumer
If you contracted with us as an individual rather than for a club, you can cancel within 14 days of agreeing, for any reason. If you asked us to start inside that time, you pay a fair share for what was delivered before you cancelled. This does not affect your other rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to ask
Email hello@clubssocial.com with the club name and what you paid for. We confirm within one working day and pay any refund within 14 days, to the account it came from.
